Breast Augmentation
Having a breast augmentation (saline or silicone) will involve one of three techniques in which the breast implants will be placed either partially or completely under or over the muscle. This procedures provides more fullness for the breasts. The three key techniques for a breast implant procedure are:
Subglandular: in which the implant is placed over the muscle and provides a natural positioning and movement. The procedure has a swift recovery time, and minimal post-surgical discomfort.
Submuscular: in which the implant is placed under the muscle .This procedure is most effective with slim women, and provides more fullness towards the top of the breasts.
Dual Plane: in which the implant is placed partly over, and partly under, the muscle. The outcome of this procedure is soft natural breasts and a full cleavage.
