Dr. Brad Gandolfi is a double board certified plastic surgeon who joined the Lexington Plastic Surgeon team in Manhattan.
Dr. Gandolfi completed rigorous training in plastic surgery at Duke University Medical Center in North Carolina and afterward trained an additional year at UCLA in Los Angeles honing his techniques in facial surgery. While in LA, Dr. Gandolfi spent time in Beverly Hills learning from experts in cosmetic surgery- in particular, rhinoplasty and body contouring.
Before beginning his career as a plastic surgeon, he completed training in general surgery in Manhattan at St Vincent’s Hospital and Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Gandolfi is a leader in the field of plastic surgery and is active both academically and within the leadership societies. To date, he has published 10 peer-reviewed papers, written 4 book chapters, and delivered countless lectures in the US and beyond.
He currently sits on the American Society of Plastic Surgery Annual Meeting Program Planning Committee and is a cleft surgeon for Operation Smile, where he donates his time to treat children with birth defects. He is board certified by the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Dr. Gandolfi is a native of New Orleans and attended medical school at LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. In his free time, Dr. Gandolfi enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, eating, and listening to music.
