Dr. Paul Dillon is the newest member of the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area team at Lexington Plastic Surgeons. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, where he majored in Biochemistry and French.
He received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and conducted both his Internship and Surgical Residency in General Surgery at Howard University Hospital, from which he received the Outstanding Resident and Teacher Award in General Surgery.
He completed his residency in Plastic Surgery from the Lahey Hitchcock Medical Center in Burlington, MA as well as a Fellowship in Hand Surgery from the University of Louisville, Kutz And Kleinert Institute in Kentucky.
Dr. Dillon performs a variety of plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures including Rhinoplasty, Brazilian Butt Lifts, Tummy Tucks, Body Contouring, Liposuction, Fat Transfers, Breast Reconstruction, Breast Implants, Breast Reductions, Breast Lifts, Face Lifts, Hair Transplantation, Stem Cell Treatments, Dermatological procedures, Hair Removal, Facial Laser Procedures and Awake Liposuction. He is also a much sought after surgeon for Reconstructive Microsurgery of the Hand.
With over 19 years of private practice expertise, Dr. Dillon has supervised and aided in accreditation processes and uses his strong clinical judgement in service to meet his patients concerns and needs. He establishes a close connection to each of his patients to assure that they understand the intended outcomes to procedures they would like and what will happen post-surgery.
An avid music fan, Dr. Dillon completed two years of music study at the Berkley School of Music in Boston, MA and enjoys performing in Jazz Clubs. He has a working ability to speak Spanish and French.
